Book a session in our infrared sauna and you’ll never dread another detox. Whereas traditional saunas heat the air, making it uncomfortably hot and difficult to breathe, infrared saunas heat the body directly for an experience that’s 7x more effective for detoxification.

  • You’ll sweat out 80% water and 20% toxins, compared to 97% water and 3% toxins in a conventional sauna.

Ready to sweat?
Read up...

  • Hydrate with at least 8 ounces of water pre-treatment.

  • Check in 10 minutes before the treatment begins.

  • Had enough? You will be able to exit the sauna at any time.

  • Don’t sweat it! Literally. You may not sweat during your first few treatments. Sweating will increase with regular use.

  • We provide towels but feel free to bring your own and anything else you might need to freshen up.

  • Dry off with a towel and allow your body to cool down naturally.

  • Post-treatment, drink at least 24 ounces of water or enjoy one of our IV drips.
