Enhance Your Experience With Chromotherapy

Enjoy the added benefits of chromotherapy with every sauna session. This holistic treatment uses specific light colors to help balance your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, uplift your mood, or support your body's natural healing process, chromotherapy makes a powerful complement to your infrared sauna therapy.

Book a session in our infrared sauna and you’ll never dread another detox. Whereas traditional saunas heat the air, making it uncomfortably hot and difficult to breathe, infrared saunas heat the body directly for an experience that’s 7x more effective for detoxification.

Need another reason
to try a session? Here’s four:

  • You’ll sweat out 80% water and 20% toxins, compared to 97% water and 3% toxins in a conventional sauna.

  • One 30-minute session can burn up to 200–600 calories.

  • clinical studies support that infrared sauna use for 30-minutes at least 3x a week can help lower blood pressure.

  • Infrared saunas can help with skin purification by healing open wounds and scars, and minimizing acne, eczema, and psoriasis flare-ups.
