How does it work?

Sit and relax or take one of our guided meditation or yoga classes while cleansing your respiratory system in our non-invasive salt room. The salt is 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride that is ground into dry aerosol microparticles that disperse into the salt room.
How long is a session?

30–45 minutes
How should I dress?

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing making sure to expose areas where you have skin conditions you wish to heal. Fitness clothing may be worn for yoga sessions. No shoes are allowed in the salt room, so go barefoot or wear comfortable grip socks.
How many sessions are needed?

Sessions vary depending on your individual condition and symptoms. STA recommends a series of treatments for best results.
Are there any side effects?

You may notice the taste of salt on your lips or tongue. A runny nose or slight cough is also common, and a sign that the salt is working as it removes mucus from your body.
